Cotton blend (70% cotton + 30% polyester, 180g-220g, soft and breathable), fleece (220g-260g, warm and thick), quick-drying polyester (160g-200g, moisture-wicking), air-layer fabric (240g-280g, crisp and structured), all suitable for sleeveless hooded designs, ensuring comfort and functionality.

Fit Design:

Supports two core fits: ① Loose straight cut (chest circumference increased by 8-12cm, length to hips, suitable for everyday casual wear and layering); ② Slightly oversized sporty cut (chest circumference increased by 6-10cm, length slightly shorter to below the waistline, suitable for light exercise, avoiding a dragging look); Length (±4cm), hood circumference (±3cm), and pocket size can be adjusted as needed.

Customization Process

Process Pattern Printing Techniques: Screen printing (suitable for large color blocks on garment bodies and pockets, high cost-performance ratio), digital printing (suitable for complex colorful patterns on hats and garment bodies, high precision), embroidery (small-area logos and text, such as hat brims and pocket edges, exquisite and durable), heat transfer printing (personalized sticker-style patterns, easy to operate); Supports solid color designs without custom patterns to highlight fabric texture.

Standard S-6XL, wide sizing range: S size suits height 150-160cm, weight 40-55kg; M size suits 160-170cm, 55-65kg; L size suits 170-180cm, 65-75kg; XL and above suit those over 180cm or those who prefer a looser fit; Supports niche sizes (such as XS, 7XL).

Color

Basic colors (black, white, gray, navy, versatile and dirt-resistant), vibrant colors (Klein blue, fluorescent green, orange-red, suitable for sports and young people), Morandi colors (dusty blue, light gray-pink, suitable for everyday casual wear, exuding sophistication); solid color customization is supported, colors can be precisely mixed according to Pantone color codes, with no color difference.

Shipping Method

Choose your preferred shipping method (express or logistics). Hooded vests include the hood and drawstring, and come in a custom-made box to prevent deformation of the hood or damage to the drawstring during transport. Packaging

Basic: Individual OPP bag + simple hangtag (showing size, fabric, and washing instructions); Customized: OPP bag with custom logo + custom hangtag; Bulk orders are sorted by size and packed in corrugated cardboard boxes with internal support cardboard to prevent deformation from pressure.
